ListingScene ("we", "our", "us") operates the website listingscene.com and the ListingStage app available on the Canva Apps Marketplace. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. This information is used to authenticate you and manage your account.

Images You Upload

When you use our virtual staging or photo enhancement features, you upload images of rooms or properties. These images are sent to our AI processing service (Google Gemini) to generate or enhance the images. Uploaded images and generated results are stored in Amazon S3.

Payment Information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and plan type.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the service, including generation history (type of request, timestamps, and output URLs), credits usage, and basic request logs.

ListingStage Canva App

If you use our ListingStage app through the Canva Apps Marketplace, Canva provides us with a user identifier to associate your usage with your account. We do not access your Canva designs or other Canva data beyond what is necessary to process your staging and enhancement requests.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our virtual staging and photo enhancement services
• To manage your account, credits, and subscription
• To process payments through Stripe
• To send you magic link sign-in emails

3. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Generated images are stored indefinitely unless you request deletion. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls on our infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

You have the right to:

6. Cookies
