Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ListingScene (listingscene.com) and the ListingStage app available on the Canva Apps Marketplace, operated by ListingScene ("we", "our", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
ListingScene provides AI-powered virtual staging and photo enhancement services for real estate listings. Our services are available through:
- ListingScene — our web application at listingscene.com
- ListingStage — our app on the Canva Apps Marketplace
Both platforms use the same underlying technology to transform and enhance real estate photography using artificial intelligence.
2. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account using Google sign-in or email magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
3. Plans and Credits
Free Plan
Free users receive 1 credit per day. Each virtual staging or photo enhancement consumes 1 credit. Credits reset every 24 hours.
Pro Plans
Pro subscribers (Monthly at $8.99/month or Yearly at $65/year) receive 100 credits per day, access to premium AI models, batch processing, and full generation history.
4. Payment and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a Pro plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can manage your subscription, change plans, or cancel at any time through the dashboard.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Upload images you do not have the right to use
- Use the service to create misleading or fraudulent listing content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service
- Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or explicit content
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the credit system
6. Image Ownership and Rights
You retain ownership of the images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your images through our AI service and store the results. Generated and enhanced images are yours to use for your real estate listings and marketing.
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded or generated images. We do not use your images to train AI models.
7. Virtual Staging Disclosure
Images produced by our service are AI-generated virtual stagings or enhancements. You are responsible for complying with your local MLS rules and real estate regulations regarding the disclosure of virtually staged photos in listings. We recommend clearly labeling virtually staged images as such.
8. ListingStage Canva App
The ListingStage app on the Canva Apps Marketplace is subject to these same Terms in addition to Canva's own Terms of Service and App Marketplace policies. Your use of ListingStage within Canva is governed by both sets of terms.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI model providers may experience temporary outages or capacity limits. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party services.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
