Issues with listingscene.com — sign in, staging, enhancement, billing
When contacting support about the web app, please include:
- Your account email address
- What you were trying to do
- Any error messages you saw
- The browser you're using
ListingStage (Canva App)
Issues with the ListingStage app inside Canva
When contacting support about the Canva app, please include:
- Your Canva account email
- Screenshots of the issue
- Your subscription status (Free or Pro)
- The device and browser you're using
Note: ListingScene and ListingStage have separate accounts and subscriptions.
Common Issues
Image not generating
Make sure your image is under 25MB and in JPEG, PNG, or WebP format. If the issue persists, try a different image — some photos with unusual lighting or angles may need a retry.
Credits not refreshing
Credits reset every 24 hours from your last reset. Check back later or upgrade to Pro for 100 credits per day.
Subscription not activating
After payment, it may take a few seconds for your plan to update. Try refreshing the page. If still showing Free, sign out and sign back in.
Magic link email not arriving
Check your spam/junk folder. The email comes from support@listingscene.com. If it still doesn't arrive, try signing in with Google instead.
Staged photo looks unrealistic
Try a different furniture style or add custom instructions in the text field. Higher resolution input photos (2000px+ wide) produce better results. Pro users get access to a higher quality AI model.
Can't download my image
Click the Download button below the result. If it doesn't work, try right-clicking the image and selecting "Save image as".
